PURPOSE.
This modification is reducing the infrared detectability of the Elbow Telescope used
on the M109 Series Howitzers by replacing M118A2 Elbow Telescopes with M118A3 Elbow
Telescopes.
2. PRIORITY.
This modification is classified ROUTINE.
