Supply requirements will be submitted to the PICA on requisitions which are funded by a designated point within the SICA. Unserviceable SICA assets will normally be returned to the PICA for credit. Normally, Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPR) will not be requested by the PICA to support SICA NIMSC 5 requirements. The SICA CMD will reflect Source of Supply or SOS Modifiers compatible with the SICA managing activity. The PICA will not be entered in the DAAS IMM field.
