One person cannot bl±d the fuel filter on the HMMWV. Step

says to crank the engine
until fuel comes out the bl±d screw.
You can't crank the engine and watch the ble² screw at the
same time. Fuel spills on the engine³ It makes a mess that can
cause a fire³ And´ since you canµt see when fuel staRs fLowing´
extra fuel bl±ds out¶ causing a bigger mess·
I made a bl±der tool out of Bnch st¸k to solve the problem³
I remove the bl±d screw and screw the bl¹er in the hole
Bfore doing Step

The other end of the hose goes In a cleanº
clear container. Crank the engine and watch the fuel. When air
bubbles stop coming through the lineº remove the bl±der and
replace the bleed screw³
Here»s how I made the bl±der tool.
