But when you CBRN specialists get the JCAD, you can’t just turn in your old
require special disposal procedures.
Radioactive sources should not be removed from the detectors. Instead, contact
your unit radiation safety ofFcer and transportation ofFcer for help properly packing
and shipping the detectors to Pine Bluff Arsenal. Be sure to include a complete list of
the serial numbers for both the detectors and radioactive cells.
Units must use a transaction code of CBR with a supplementary address of
W41CE8 for Pine Bluff Arsenal. This codes the action as a turn-in, which is then
re±ected in the Army Serial Number Tracking database. The entire radioactive
device should be shipped by traceable means to Pine Bluff. Use Steven Gray, (870)

You Want Mount Help?
You Came to the Right Place!
Machine
Guns…
This is driving
me
crazy.
Units often have
difficulty figuring
out what all they
need to mount
their machine guns.
That
difficulty has
ended.
These
charts
list what is
required to
mount your
M240B, M249,
MK 19, and M2
machine guns.
They’re
short on
mounting
info.
Yeah and it’s hard
to tell from the
truck and machine
gun TMs.
We’ve got
all these
different
mounts for
our vehicles,
but I don’t
know
which
mount goes
with
which
vehicle and
which
mount
can fire
which
machine gun.
send
them
to…
sorry, old
timer, but you’re
being replaced
by jcad.
fine, but don’t
forget I’ve got a
radiation source
that requires
special turn-in
procedures.
you
need
to find
out how
to do
that.
I gotta
turn you in.
