It’ll take you to an online form that lets you submit questions.
Fill out the form, including name, command/activity, mailing
address, DSN and commercial phone numbers, email address
and your question. Then click the target icon to submit it.
The PSCC Packaging & Transportation (P&T) Division team
will research your question and answer it by email.

HMIRS. The link takes you to a page that discusses the DoD Hazardous Materials
Information Resource System (HMIRS). In the fourth paragraph, click on this web
site. You’ll go to the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) HMIRS website, where
