Install shims as required.

Install torque spring with small end

towards shoulder end of plunger by

twisting.

Replacement torque spring Is color

coded red-blue.

Driver (6) and

thrust washer (2)

Using thickness gage, check clearance

between driver tang and thrust washer.

Clearance must be 0.002 to 0.005 inch

(0.05 to 0.13 mm).

If clearance does not meet these

dimensions, repair as necessary.
