Step 11.

Check springs (3), U-bolts (4) and shackles (5) for loose, cracked, bent or

broken condition.

Check for missing parts.

a.

If springs (3), U-bolts (4) and shackles (5) are loose or missing

parts, notify Direct Support Maintenance.

b.

If springs (3), U-bolts (4) and shackles (5) are cracked, bent or

broken, notify Direct Support Maintenance.

c.

If springs (3), U-bolts (4) and shackles (5) are not loose,

cracked, bent, broken, or missing parts, go to step 12.
