Inspect valve pilot (48, fig. 3-60). Under normal usage, a seating pattern will burnish on
face of valve pilot (48). If seating pattern can be felt or if the valve piIot (48) is damaged in any way, it
must be replaced. (Refer to fig. 3-96.)
