Install washers as noted prior to removal.

Install crew cab (15) on two rear crew cab mounts (89) with screws (85), lower rubber mounts (88), isolator

bolt keeper plates (87), bottom snubbing washers (86), and two locknuts (84).

10. Install crew cab (15) on two front crew cab mounts (83) with screws (79), lower rubber mounts (82), isolator

bolt keeper plates (81), bottom snubbing washers (80), and two locknuts (78).

11. Install four access plates (77) on crew cab (15) with 16 screws (76).
