CAUTION

When removing screws attaching passenger side hose bed cover hinge, first

remove middle 20 screws only.

Failure to comply may result in damage to

equipment.

10. Remove 20 screws (14) from passenger side hose bed cover hinge (15) and vehicle.

11. With the aid of an assistant,

remove two screws (14) and passenger side hose bed cover hinge (15) from

passenger side hose bed cover (7) and vehicle.

12. Remove 22 locknuts (16), washers (17), screws (18), and passenger side hose bed cover hinge (15) from

passenger side hose bed cover (7).

Discard locknuts.

NOTE

Both latches and handles are replaced the same way.

13. Remove four locknuts (19), washers (20), screws (21), and handle (22) from passenger side hose bed

cover (7).

Discard locknuts.

NOTE

Note position of latches prior to removal to ensure proper installation.

14. Remove two locknuts (23), washers (24), screws (25), and latch (26) from passenger side hose bed cover (7).

Discard locknuts.
