Adhesives, solvents, and sealing compounds can burn easily, can give off harmful
vapors, and are harmful to skin and clothing.
To avoid injury or death, keep away
from open fire and use in well-ventilated area.
If adhesive, solvent, or sealing
compound gets on skin or clothing, wash immediately with soap and water.
NOTE
•
Install water tank side fill valve and gaskets as noted prior to removal.
•
Clean mating surfaces of water tank side fill valve.
6.
Apply silicone sealant to both sides of three gaskets (17), (16), and (15).
NOTE
Tighten screws in a criss-cross pattern.
7.
With the aid of an assistant, install water tank side fill valve (18), three gaskets (17), (16), and (15), and pipe
(11) on water tank (19) with eight washers (14), lockwashers (13), and screws (12).
Tighten screws to 20 lb-ft
(27.12 N•m).
8.
Apply sealant to eight screws (13) to mark torque point.
9.
Install pipe (11) and cradle (9) on bracket (10) with U-bolt (8), and locknuts (7).
10. Connect pump house power distribution wire harness connector (6) to water tank side fill valve connector (5).
