INSTALLATION

NOTE

•

Route pump operator’s panel wire harness as noted prior to removal.

•

Install cable ties, split looms, and cushion clips as noted.

1.

Install pump operator’s panel wire harness (205) into vehicle.

2.

Connect pump operator’s panel wire harness connector DO 2 (203) to main wire harness DO 2

connector (204).

3.

Connect pump operator’s panel wire harness connector DO 1 (201) to main wire harness DO 1

connector (202).

4.

Connect pump power distribution connector DP 2 (199) to pump house distribution box DP 2 connector (200).

5.

Install wire 3895 (197) to pump house ground bolt (198) with lockwasher (196) and nut (195).
