14. Remove four nuts (41), lockwashers (42), washers (43), screws (44), and diagnostics box (26) from vehicle.

Discard lockwashers.

15. Remove three indicator lights (45), (46), and (47) from front panel (3).

16. Remove nut (48), lockwasher (49), and switch (50) from front panel (3).

Discard lockwasher.

17. Remove nut (51) and switch (52) from front panel (3).

END OF TASK

INSTALLATION

NOTE

Install cable ties as required.

1.

Install switch (52) in front panel (3) with nut (51).

2.

Install switch (50) in front panel (3) with lockwasher (49) and nut (48).

3.

Install three indicator lights (47), (46), and (45) in front panel (3).

4.

Install diagnostics box (26) on vehicle with four screws (44), washers (43), lockwashers (42), and nuts (41).

5.

Install wire harness (40) in heater diagnostics box (26).

6.

Repair two wires (38) and (39) (TM 9-2320-325-14&P).

7.

Install connector (37) on diesel heater diagnostics switch (34) with lockwasher (36) and screw (35).

8.

Install connector (33) on diesel heater diagnostics switch (34) with lockwasher (32) and screw (31).

9.

Install grommet (29) and washer (28) on fitting (30) with collar (27).
