Remove screw (21), preformed packing (22), and tee (23) from reducer (18).
Discard preformed packing.

Remove two preformed packings (24) from tee (23).
Discard preformed packings.
10. Remove set screw (25) from cylinder eye (20).
11. Remove pin (26) and cylinder eye (20) from tee (23).

Springs, retaining rings, and snap rings are under extreme spring tension and can
act as projectiles when being removed.
Ensure all personnel wear protective
goggles.
Failure to comply may result in serious injury to personnel.
12. Remove retaining ring (27) and pattern sleeve (10) from tee (23).
Discard retaining ring.
NOTE
Note position of preformed packing prior to removal to ensure proper installation.
13. Remove preformed packing (28) from pattern sleeve (10).
Discard preformed packing.
14. Remove preformed packing (29) from tee (23).
Discard preformed packing.
15. Remove retaining ring (30) from tee (23).
Discard retaining ring.
16. Remove piston (31) from tee (23).
17. Remove two preformed packings (32) and (33) from piston (31).
Discard preformed packings.
