PARALLAX INSPECTION AND ADJUSTMENT

Set parallax distance to 250 ± 10 meters on

collimator projector (1) by rotating objective end

(2).

Remove setscrew (3).

Look through M139 elbow telescope (4).

Screw

objective cell assembly (5) in or out until parallax

is 0.1 mil or less in the center of the field of view.

Install setscrew (3).

RETICLE PLUMB/COLLIMATION INSPECTION AND ADJUSTMENT

Set parallax distance to 250 + 10 meters on

collimator projector (1) by rotating objective end

(2).

Remove one of four setscrews (3) securing

reticle.
