continuity.

Set circuit breaker to ON

Put multimeter + lead on front

terminal of circuit breaker

Put multimeter - lead on rear

terminal of circuit breaker

Read mu I timeter. Multi meter

should measure zero ohms

Does mu ltimeter measure zero ohms?
