b. Replacement.

FRAME 1

1.

Put static reel assembly (1) in place.

2.

Using 9/16-inch and 5/8-inch wrenches,

screw in and tighten bolt (2) and

nut (3) with lockwasher (4) and flat washer (5).

3.

Clip two ground clamps (6) onto frame (7).

4.

Close truck rear compartment doors.
