1.
Take out two bolts (1).
2.
Put washer (2), spring (3), and washer (4) on each bolt (1).
3. Put two bolts (1) through cab rear mounting bracket (5), insulators (6),
and truck frame (7).
4.
Put on two washers (8) and two nuts (9).
