Shock absorbers should be replaced in pairs.

Perform the following procedures twice, once

on each side of the truck. Shock absorbers

should be replaced if spring action is not

dampened or if fluid leakage is noted on outer

shock absorber surfaces, bottom section. This

procedure is based upon need for new shock

absorbers.
