CAUTION

Do not allow brake cable to become pinched by tow

chains or equipment damage could occur.

NOTE

Tow chains should be crossed and routed around rear

leaf spring shackle bolts.

Route 12-ft (3.5 m) tow chain (22) in front of rear axle (23) and loop

over leaf spring (24) on disabled vehicle.

Route 12-ft (3.5 m) tow chain (22) through lower adapter tube (25).

Pull chain tight and attach grab hook (26) to chain.

Repeat steps
