Install retaining plate (18) and splash guard (19) on fender (20) with two screws (21),

washers (22) and locknuts (23).

Install hook (24) with two washers (25) and two locknuts (26).

Install chain (14) on splash guard (19) with screw (20), two washers (22) and locknut (23).
