16-47. PUMP MODULE AND REAR DOORS REMOVAL/INSTALLATION (M978) (CONT).

Position door (2) to doorframe (8).

(4)

Install door hinge (5) on doorframe (8) with eight screws (9), lockwashers (10), and nuts (11).

Install upper end of both push rods (12) to door (2) with lockwashers (13) and nuts (14).

Install lower end of both push rods (12) to doorframe (8) with lockwashers (15) and nuts (16).

NOTE

Model B has a hasp and lock to secure rear doors. Do step (7) for Model B.

Install staple (17) with four rivets (18).

Follow-on Maintenance.

(1)

Close pump module rear doors (TM 9-2320-279-10).

(2)

Check door for alinement.
