If removed or not previously installed, install two quickedges (1) on crossmember (1.1).

Soldier A and Soldier B install crossmember (1.1) with 23 screws (2) and locknuts (3). Do not

tighten.

Install spacer (4) and bracket (5) with one screw (2) and locknut (3).

Soldier A holds 23 screws (2) while Soldier B tightens 23 locknuts (3).

Install four support brackets (6) with 16 screws (7) and nuts (8).

Tighten nuts on all vehicles to 170 lb-ft

(230 N•m).

NOTE

Install hose brackets, clips, and plastic cable

ties as required.

There are two models of vehicles. Model A

contains a torque rod with no spacers.

Model B uses spacers for torque rod

installation. Do step (5) for Model A. Do

steps (6) through (9) for Model B.

Install front mounting plate (9) and torque

rod (10) with four screws (11), eight

washers (12), and four locknuts (13).
