Cam plate pivots on plate from front left mounting hole.

(20) Install screw (25), washer (26), roller (27), washer (28), and nut (29).

(21) Tighten screw (24) and nut (29).

Attach tension spring (30) to lock guard (31) with bend toward top surface of plate (2).

Install pin (32) through plate (2) and lock guard (31).

Install two cotter pins (33).
