Assembly.

(1)

Install dust seal (1) and preformed packing (2) in flange

cap (3).

(2)

Apply thread locking and sealing compound to

four screws (4).

(3)

Install race (5), flange cap (3), and four

screws (4) to motor (6).

NOTE

Be sure race is fully seated.

Install bearing (7) and shaft (8)

in motor (6).

Install preformed packing (9)

and gear shaft (10).

Aline timing mark on gear

shaft (10) with timing mark on

shaft (8).

Install spacer plate (11).

Install seven rollers (12),

star (13), and preformed

packing (14) in geroler (15).

Install geroler (15) and aline

any star tip with timing mark

on gear shaft (10).
