Remove screw (2), washer (3), and handle (1) from stem (4).

(3) Remove two nuts (5) and screws (6) from upper housing (7) and lower housing (8).

(4) Remove upper housing (7) and lower housing (8) from body and liner (9).

NOTE

Stem and preformed packing may stay in liner during removal,

(5) Remove preformed packing (10) from stem (4).

(6) Remove stem (11) from lower housing (8).

(7) Remove preformed packing (12) from stem (11).
