Install four threaded rods in bottom plate.

Fillet weld completely around bottom of threaded rods to secure to bottom plate.

Place top plate on threaded rods.

Install four 3/8-in. (9.52 mm) diameter washers and four 3/8-16 nuts on threaded rods.
