General mechanic’s tool kit:
automotive (Appendix B, Item 1)
Equipment Condition
Ž Hood raised and secured (TM 9-2320-280-10).
Ž Engine access cover removed (pars. 10-15).
Materials/Parts
Adhesive sealant (Appendix C, Item 9)
Disconnect heater hose (2) from left transition (1) and right transition (3), and remove heater hose (2).
Apply adhesive sealant and connect heater hose (2) to left transition (1) and right transition (3).
FOLLOW-ON TASKS:
Ž Install engine access cover (para. 10-15).
Ž Lower and secure hood (TM 9-2320-280-10).
