A.
REMOVAL.
1.
Safety valve (2).
Loosen and remove from item
Hold item (3) with open
(1).
end wrench to prevent it
from turning.
B.
INSTALLATION.
2.
Safety valve (2).
Install and tighten.
Use thread sealing tape
on threads.
NOTE
Follow-on maintenance action required:
Close air system
draincocks and start engine (TM 9-2320-283-10). Check air system
for leaks (para 3-8).
