STEERING WHEEL STOPS TURNING BEFORE TRACTOR FRONT WHEELS HIT STOP BLOCKS
Check that power steering gear sector shaft is centered.
a.
If not centered, center power steering gear sector shaft (para 3-28d).

If centered, proceed to step 4 below.
