DISASSEMBLY

CAUTION

Many springs in the control valve body (2) look alike. Don’t mistake one for another.

If the wrong spring is

put into a valve bore, the transmission will not operate properly.

As you remove each spring, carefully tag

it with its item number for correct reassembly.
