Top stowage compartment doors are heavy.

Do not attempt to lift without the aid of

an assistant and a suitable lifting device.

Failure to comply may result in serious

injury to personnel or damage to equipment.

NOTE

All top stowage compartment doors are removed the same way.

Number of nuts,

lockwashers, washers, and screws may vary with the size of the top stowage

compartment door.

With the aid of an assistant and a suitable lifting device, remove 11 nuts (5), lockwashers (6), washers (7),

screws (8), and top stowage compartment door (3) from top stowage compartment (4).

Discard lockwashers.

3.

Remove 12 nuts (9), lockwashers (10), washers (11), screws (12), and hinge (13) from top stowage

compartment door (3).

Discard lockwashers.

Remove eight nuts (14), lockwashers (15), washers (16), screws (17), and two grab handles (18) from top

stowage compartment door (3).

Discard lockwashers.
