a.
Apply service brake pedal (6) and hold to stop vehicle.
b.
Set transmission range selector (5) to R (reverse).
c.
Release service brake pedal (6).
d.
Slowly back vehicle out of deep water.
14.
After leaving water, lightly press service brake pedal (6) and hold while driving slowly
to dry out brake linings.
15.
When clear of fording area, stop vehicle.
16.
Apply and release PARKING BRAKE control (WP 0045) (7) several times to remove
water from brake components.
17.
Remove water and clean deposits from all vehicle parts as soon as possible.
18.
Deliver vehicle to field level maintenance as soon as possible.
