Set transmission range selector (3) to R (reverse):

a.

If vehicle DOES shift into R (reverse):

Set transmission range selector (3) to appropriate position.

(2)

Continue with mission, and notify field level maintenance when mission is

completed.

b.

If vehicle DOES NOT shift into R (reverse):

NOTE

The operator must be aware that once the engine is turned

off, the vehicle will not be operable until the problem is

corrected.

(1)

The transmission may be locked into specific gear, and may not come out

of that gear until the engine is turned off.
