DISCONNECT - Continued
Expect wrecker air suspension system to deflate air springs to
achieve normal ride height once weight of disabled vehicle is
removed.
4.
Prepare retrieval system for operation, and lower disabled vehicle to ground
(WP 0059) until safety chain at front axle is slack.
WARNING
If disabled vehicle's parking brake is inoperative, chock wheels of
disabled vehicle (refer to operator's manual). Failure to comply may result
in injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
If disabled vehicle parking brake is inoperative; install wheel chocks.
5.
Set PARKING BRAKE on disabled vehicle (refer to M915 operator's manual).
6.
Remove tow light cable (4) from wrecker.

Remove tow light cable (4) from emergency tow lights (5) and stow.
