2-20. PREPARATION FOR USE (CONT)

b. Changing Bridge Classification Numbers.

(1) Press in bottom of lockplate (1).

(2) Push lockplate (1) up and off one top lockpin (2).

(3) Remove number plate (3) from top and bottom lockpins (2 and 4).

(4) Place correct number on top of number plates (3).

(5) Install number plate (3) on top and bottom lockpins (2 and 4).

(6) Perform steps (1) through (5) for remaining number plates.

(7) Press in on bottom of lockplate (1).

(8) Slide lockplate (1) on two top lockpins (2).
