2-45. OPERATION IN FOREST OR ON ROCKY TERRAIN

WARNING

Avoid driving diagonally across a hill.

Vehicle could roll over.

Failure to comply may result in serious injury or death to personnel

or damage to equipment.

CAUTION

• Ensure vehicle has enough clearance before driving over rough terrain.

Rough terrain can damage components under vehicle. Failure to comply

may result in damage to equipment.

• Ensure vehicle can clear overhanging tree limbs. Failure to comply may

result in damage to equipment.

• Ensure that mirrors will not be damaged by rocks or trees by adjusting

mirrors to keep rear of vehicle visible.

Failure to comply may result in

damage to equipment.

Push MODE select button (1) on WTEC II TEPSS (2) or WTEC III TPSS (2) to select

desired transmission gear.
