(4) The secondary fuel filter removes finer particles from the fuel before it reaches the
cylinder head.
(5) The vehicle is also equipped with an ether quick start system for starting the engine
when the outside temperature is below 32

C). The ether quick start system is
composed of an ether cylinder (6), ether valve (7), two ether nozzles (8), and an ether
sensor switch (9).
The ether sensor switch detects the temperature of the engine
coolant and disables the ether valve if the coolant temperature is above 100
°
F (38
°
C).
