Fabricate relay test wire according to the following information.

a. All dimensions are in inches (millimeters).
b. Remove 3/4 in. (19.05 mm) insulation from each end of wire.

Make the spanner socket tool from any 1/2 inch drive socket that is 2 1/2 inch OD and from 3/16 inch tool steel
keystock according to the following instructions. Refer to the parts list and figure for details.
