(8) Drive vehicle forward off tire chain (5).

(9) Shut down engine (para 2-27f).

d. Intermediate Axle Tire Chain Removal.

(1) Start engine (para 2-27a or b).

(2) Move vehicle until tire chain clamps (1) to be removed are at the 8 o’clock position.
