CAUTION
COOLING SYSTEM PRESSURE TEST
(1)
Remove radiator cap from radiator overflow tank.
(2)
Install adapter on radiator overflow tank.
(3)
Install pressure tester on adapter.
Do not apply pressure over 10
psi (69 kPa). Failure to comply
may result in damage to
cooling system.
(4)
Pressurize cooling system to 10 psi (69 kPa) and
check cylinder head for leaks.
(5)
Release pressure and remove pressure tester
from adapter.
(6)
Remove adapter from radiator overflow tank.
(7)
Install radiator cap on radiator overflow tank.
