b. Installation.

NOTE

Left and right side torque rods are installed

the same way. Left side shown.

(1) Install torque rod (1) in mounting bracket (2) and axle

(3).

(2) Position two self-locking nuts (4) on torque rod (1).

(3) Tighten two self-locking nuts (4) to 1000-1300 lb-ft

(1356-1763 N m).

(4) Remove trestles from vehicle.

c. Follow-On Maintenance.

Install rear wheels (on side worked) (TM 9-2320-366-10-2).
