NOTE

• Lubricate all parts with lubricating oil during

assembly.

• All control valve bodies are assembled the same

way. Lift Control valve body shown.

(42) Install spool (50) in valve body (51).

WARNING

Adhesive sealant MIL-S-46163 can damage

your eyes.

Wear safety goggles/glasses

when using; avoid contact with eyes.

If

sealant contacts eyes, flush eyes with water

and get immediate medical attention. Failure

to comply may result in injury to personnel.

(43) Apply sealing compound to threads of four screws (52).

(44) Install preformed packing (53), end cap (54) and four

screws (52) on valve body (51) with matchmarks aligned.

(45) Apply sealing compound to threads of four screws (55).

(46) Install preformed packing (56), lever cap (57) and four

screws (55) on valve body (51) with matchmarks aligned.

(47) Install two backup rings (58) and quad rings (59) on

pinion seal (60).
