16-46. M1089 TENSION LOAD CELL REPLACEMENT (CONT)

(10) Position clamp (10) on tension load cell cable (4).

(11) Install clamp (10) on boom stud (11) with washer (12),

lockwasher (13), and nut (14).

(12) Install two preformed packings (15) on fittings (16).

(13) Connect two hydraulic hoses (17) to fittings (16).

(14) Install preformed packing (18) on check valve (19).

(15) Connect hydraulic hose (20) to check valve (19).

NOTE

Install plastic cable ties as required.

(16) Install tension load cell connector (21) on overload

shutdown box (22).

(17) Install proximity sensor connector (23) on overload

shutdown box (22).
