NOTE

Step (4) requires the aid of an assistant.

(4) Remove outrigger extension cylinder (4) from extension

housing (6).

(5) Remove two fittings (2) from outrigger extension cylinder

(4).

(6) Remove four preformed packings (7) from tubes (3).

Discard preformed packing.

(7) Remove preformed packings (8 and 9) from two fittings

(2). Discard preformed packings.

b. Installation.

(1) Install preformed packings (1 and 2) on two fittings (3).

(2) Install two fittings (3) in outrigger extension cylinder (4).

(3) Install four preformed packings (5) on tubes (6).
