injury to personnel.

(28) Apply sealing compound to threads of two bolts (47).

(29) Position pay-out hydraulic motor (48) on spooler

weldment (17) with two washers (49) and bolts (47).

(30) Tighten bolts (47) to 76-84 lb-ft (103-114 N·m).

(31) Position two hoses (50) on pay-out hydraulic motor (48).

(32) Tighten hoses (50) to 36-39 lb-ft (49-53 N·m).

(33) Perform steps (28) through (32) on right spooler weldment.

c. Follow-On Maintenance.

(1) Install rear ladder (TM 9-2320-366-20-4).

(2) Hydraulic reservoir supply and return valves in open

position (TM 9-2320-366-10-2).

(3) Install rear tool box (TM 9-2320-366-20-4).

(4) Operate underlift and stiffleg assembly checking for

proper operation and hydraulic leaks (TM 9-2320-366-

10-2).
