(12) Install back-up ring (15), preformed packing (16), and

seal (17) on bearing (18).

(13) Install bearing (18) on inner cylinder rod (14).

(14) Install inner cylinder rod (14), inner cylinder rod retainer

(2), and two piston rings (19) in telescopic lift cylinder

(13).

(15) Push inner cylinder rod (14) fully in telescopic lift cylinder

(13).

NOTE

Step (16) requires the aid of an assistant.

(16) Remove telescopic lift cylinder (13) from vise.
