TRANSFER CASE BREATHER REPLACEMENT (Contd)

REMOVAL

1.

Remove breather tube (3) from elbow (2) and tee (5).

2.

Remove elbow (2) from transfer case (1).

3.

Remove tee (5) from two manifold tubes (4).

INSTALLATION

1.

Install tee (5) on two manifold tubes (4).

2.

Apply sealant to male threads of elbow (2).

3.

Install elbow (2) on transfer case (1).

4.

Install breather tube (3) on tee (5) and elbow (2).
