VIBRATION DAMPER REPLACEMENT (Contd)

REMOVAL

Remove eight screws (2), washers (3), and vibration damper (1) from crankshaft pulley (4).

INSTALLATION

1.

Install vibration damper (1) on crankshaft pulley (4) with eight washers (3) and screws (2). Tighten

screws (2) 45-50 lb-ft (61-68 N

•

m).

2.

Install fan and fan clutch (WP 0082 00).

3.

Install radiator (in-vehicle only) (WP 0069 00).
