Pull latch (2) away from vehicle to free top part of pintle hook (3).

Install cotter pin (1).

Connect two safety chains (6) to safety chain hoop (7).

Lift cover (8) and connect inter-vehicular wiring harness (9) to connector on vehicle
(10), and trailer.
